Entrance Criteria:

• System and Pre-Production site meets the Acceptance Testing pass criteria
• Production Environment certified as “Ready” for cutover
• System at the site in production
• System Documentation (SD) and Site Deployment Materials ready for archival

Exit Criteria:

• System migrated to Production successfully (or) Migration of the system failed and Site Backout Plan executed
• System at site “Ready” for End-Users training and production
• System transition sigh-off obtained from System Owner
