System Deployment Manager, with the support of the Site Deployment Manager, shall ensure that the Site Deployment Materials and system documents are consistent with the system deployed at the site. The Site Deployment Materials, documentation, media containing the system, training material, etc., shall be archived for future reference in the central repository. If required, the Site Deployment Manager shall update the Site Deployment Materials and System Documentation before sending them to the System Deployment Manager.
