Within each unit, an individual(s) is assigned responsibility and authority for ensuring that Training and Development activities are performed.
Adequate resources are provided for performing Training and Development activities.
- When feasible, experienced individuals who have expertise in training and development methods are made available for conducting Training and Development activities.
- Resources for supporting Training and Development activities are made available.
- Support for implementing Training and Development activities is made available.
- When required, adequate facilities are made available for on-site training.
