Methods of verification include, but are not limited to, inspections, audits, walkthroughs, analyses, architecture evaluations, simulations, testing, and demonstrations.

Preparation also entails the definition of support tools, test equipment, software, simulations, prototypes, and facilities.

Inputs:

  • Project Schedule
  • Product Quality Plan

Outputs:

  • Update Project Schedule
  • Updated Product Quality Plan

Controls:

  • Project Schedule
  • Proposed Peer Review Type of Work Products
  • Proposed Review Type of Work
