Task Instructions:

Objectively Evaluate Processes

    1. Using the <?>, [the Project Manager] is responsible for notifying the Quality Manager of the project.
    2. Using the <?>, [the Project Manager], with support from [Quality Manager], is responsible for ensuring that a QA Analyst is assigned to the project.
    3. Using the QA Plan Template, [the Project Manager], with support from the QA Analyst, is responsible for identifying the QA activities for the project after completing the activity of tailoring the ORT-Project Life Cycle for the project.
    4. When Required: Using the QA Plan, [the Project Manager], with support from the QA Analyst, is responsible for identifying the QA activities for monitoring the Supplier’s processes in the QA Plan
    5. Using the Risk Assessment Checklist and past Supplier Relationship Reports [the Project Manager] is responsible for deciding and identifying the need to monitor the Supplier’s processes.
    6. Using the QA Plan and Review Log Template, [the Project Manager], with support from the [QA Analyst], is responsible for reviewing the Project Plan and logging the review feedback in the Review Log.
    7. Using the QA Plan, [the Project Manager], with support from the [QA Analyst], is responsible for ensuring the QA Plan is part of the Project Plan review and provides commitments to support the project’s QA activities.

Objectively Evaluate Work Products

    1. Using the QA Checklist and QA Report Template, [the QA Analyst], with [the support of the Project Manager], is responsible for conducting reviews and creating a QA Report.
    2. Using the QA Report, [the QA Analyst], with support from [the Project Manager], is responsible for ensuring that the QA Report is updated with the status of corrective actions.
    3. Using the QA Report, [the QA Analyst] is responsible for ensuring that the Non-conformances and findings from previous process reviews are addressed effectively.
    4. Using the QA Report, [the QA Analyst], with support firm [the Project Manager], is responsible for resolving the Non-conformances.
